At Jane’s Saving Grace, our primary purpose is to empower young adults with the tools they need in order to make positive changes in their lives. We understand many of the struggles young adults are facing in today’s turbulent world, and we believe that by working together to create a positive and supportive environment, we can offer a safe place to assist and help develop critical life skills necessary to flourish in the areas of faith, fitness, family and finance.

Born in Merritt Island, FL – Founder & CEO of QLM. Mark has owned staffing companies for over 30 years and is involved in multiple charitable organizations in our community. Mark is also a Member of C12.
Crystal Lang
Co-Founder & Board Member
Born in West Virginia raised in Titusville,FL – UCF Graduate with a degree in Elementary Education. Crystal wrote for Life magazines for seven years and attended graduate school for Mental Health counseling.
Sherri Pattillo

Sherri has been with QLM for 15 years. She is currently our CFO. Before she took on her new role, she was QLMs controller.
